Repair or upgrade?
Many older intercoms can be repaired with a new keypad or by fixing the door release. If parts are no longer available, we'll explain your options and what each one involves.
Replacing a whole building's intercom with new wiring may need an electrical contractor. We'll tell you up front.

Yes. This is usually the door release or the strike, not the intercom itself.
Can you add new residents to our system?
If it's keypad-based, we can usually program it on site. For app-based systems, we need admin access from the property manager.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We work with property managers on one-time repairs and ongoing service.
