New lock installation
Need a new lock on an office, storeroom or back door, or want to upgrade worn-out hardware? We install commercial lever locks, mortise locks, deadbolts and storefront locks, and we can key them to match your existing keys or your master key system.
We'll help you choose a lock that fits your door and how often it gets used. Busy doors need heavy-duty commercial hardware.
What is rekeying?
Every lock has small pins inside that match the cuts on a key. Rekeying means we change those pins so the lock works with a new key. The old keys stop working, and the lock stays on your door.
It's the fastest way to take back control after keys are lost, stolen, or not returned.
Rekey or replace?
- Rekey when the lock works fine but you don't know who has keys.
- Repair when one part is worn, like a loose lever, a sticky cylinder or a weak spring.
- Replace when the lock is broken, worn out, not strong enough for the door, or you want to upgrade to a keypad or smart lock.
We'll look at the lock and tell you plainly which option makes sense.

Signs a lock needs attention

- The key turns but nothing happens
Questions we hear a lot
Can you install locks we already bought?
Yes. Call us first and we'll make sure they fit your doors and are strong enough for how the doors are used.
Can you rekey our locks to match one key?
Usually, yes, if the locks take the same type of key. We'll check the brand and key type when we arrive.
Can you rekey after an employee leaves?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons businesses call us. We can rekey just the doors that person had keys for.
Do you give a quote first?
Yes. Call us, tell us how many locks and what kind of doors, and we'll give you a quote before any work starts.
