What are your hours?
Our phones are answered from 8am to 6pm. Scheduled service is available 24/7. Call during phone hours to book early-morning, evening or weekend work.
Where are you located?
We're based in Berkeley, CA, and we're fully mobile. We come to you. We don't have a walk-in shop.
What areas do you serve?
All cities in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma counties.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We're a California-licensed locksmith company, license LCO #6641. We're also insured.
How much will it cost?
Every job is different. Call us, tell us what's going on, and we'll give you a quote before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
Yes. Commercial work is a big part of what we do, from one office door to whole buildings.
Can you work on access control systems?
Yes, on the door side: electric strikes, mag locks, keypads, readers, intercom panels, exit buttons and smart locks, plus adding and removing users on systems you already have.
Do you open cars?
Yes. We help with car lockouts and make new car keys and fobs.
Will you ask for ID?
Yes. Before we open a home, car or business, or make a car key, we check ID and proof that you live there or own it. It protects you.
How long have you been in business?
