For homes
- Smart deadbolts and keypad smart locks
- App setup, auto-lock and guest codes
- Swapping a regular deadbolt for a smart one
For businesses and buildings
Cloud-based systems let managers control doors from an app or a web page. We work with brands like HID, Kisi, Brivo, Openpath and ButterflyMX on the door side:
- Adding and removing users, cards and fobs
- Setting up phone access
- Door schedules (for example, unlocked 9 to 5 on weekdays)
- Fixing doors that show offline or won't unlock
- Replacing locks, strikes and readers

For rentals
Keypad and smart locks (like LockState, Schlage and Yale) make guest check-in easy. Each guest gets their own code that only works during their stay.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Z-Wave?
- Wi-Fi: connects straight to the internet. Control it from anywhere.
- Bluetooth: works when your phone is close to the lock.
- Z-Wave or Zigbee: connects through a smart home hub.

Questions we hear a lot
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Often, yes. We'll need admin access to the account, or the owner's approval to get it.
Can I still use a key?
Many smart locks have a backup key. We'll show you how it works before we leave.
Which smart lock should I buy?
It depends on your door, your Wi-Fi and how you want to use it. Call us before you buy and we'll help you choose.
