Before you call
- If a child or pet is locked inside, especially on a warm day, call 911 first.
- Have your ID and registration ready. We'll check them before opening the car.
- Know where you're parked: street, cross street or parking lot.
Trunk lockouts
Keys locked in the trunk? We can help with many trunk lockouts too. Tell us the year, make and model when you call.
Keys lost, not locked inside?
If you can't find your keys at all, you need a new key, not a lockout. See car key replacement.
Questions we hear a lot
Will opening my car damage it?
We use tools made for opening car doors without damage.
Can you open newer cars?
We work on most common makes and models. Tell us yours when you call.
What if it's after 6pm?
Our phones are answered 8am to 6pm. For planned work outside those hours, call during the day to schedule.
