Before you call
- Check if a roommate, family member, neighbor or landlord has a spare key.
- Have your ID ready. Before we open the door, we'll ask for proof that you live there. It protects you.
- If a child or pet is locked inside and in danger, call 911 first.
Outside our phone hours
Our phones are answered from 8am to 6pm. If you know you'll need a locksmith early in the morning or late at night, for example to change locks right after a move, call during the day and we'll schedule it. Scheduled service is available 24/7.
Lost your keys?
If your keys were lost or stolen, we can rekey your locks on the same visit, so whoever finds them can't get in.
Questions we hear a lot
Will you damage my lock?
We start with methods that don't harm the lock. In rare cases a lock has to be drilled. If so, we'll explain why and get your OK first.
Can you make me a new key while you're here?
Yes, for most home locks.
I'm a renter. Can you still help?
Yes. We'll need to see ID and something that shows you live there, like a lease or a utility bill.
